Okay, those of you who have taken a Jaffa class (social psychology specifically) won't like this:
I liked Dr. Jaffa's class.

I took Social Psychology and did directed research with this man and found it to be my best psychology experience. I know what most people think of him, and yes he is Woody Allen and he wears the same clothes a lot...but the man is extremely intelligent, he relates the material to actual studies very well, and he organizes his class very well.
I loved social psychology and I thought he taught it very well. I Aced the class (and I don't normally Ace classes) and retained a lot of knowledge.

So take that!

I had Jaffa and agree that he is a good prof. Just extremely eccentric. He can defintely keep you awake with his antics. A lot of stuff i learned in social psychology related to my soc class too. When did u have social psychology with him...i had it spring 2002

Had Jaffa my freshman year for PSY 100. I thought he was HILARIOUS. The Woody Allen resemblance made it even funnier when he'd misspeak and start smacking himself on the forehead..."Jaffa, Jaffa, Jaffa..." :D I still can't stop from smiling when I think of it.

I had his social psych class two semesters ago (Fall 2001), and I did directed research last semester (spring 2002).
Good to hear some people that appreciated him!
