It's like volleyball but in a racketball court, and you can use the walls, hence the name wally.

I don't know of any wally ball clubs, but you could easily start one. I guarantee you could find enough people on this campus to play. It's really easy to become an official cmu club too, and you could be president, try to get some money from cmu, and use the school for meetings/advertising. I prefer whirley ball myself.
