UM vs. MSU hockey game

Was anyone else at the game in East Lansing? It was awesome! I have never seen anything like it, a hockey rink set up on the football field. There were so many people there, and the game itself was awesome! Overtime! If anyone else was there, let me know your thoughts on the game.

I wasn't at the game, regretfully, but i did watch most of it on tv. It looked awesome! I know it's kinda silly, but I was in ann arbor on saturday so i kinda felt like i was a part of it. That was a genius idea whoever at state came up with it. Think of all the money they made of it too. Like having another home football game. I hope next year they play at the big house, and set a new record, and a new tradition. Not sure if it's feasible on grass thou. Wish i could have really been a part of it. I can't say enough about how cool it is.

Well, talking to all the State fans, they all heard that it was going to become a yearly thing. The problem is, Michigan has a grass field and State is going to a grass field soon, too, or so I heard. But one place that got brought up is the Silverdome. They could easily set a record there, although it wouldn't be outside and that would take away from part of it. The REd Wings are also looking to do it, probably in an exhibition, I am sure, either at the Silverdome or at Ford Field when it is completed. And I heard Wisconsin wants to do it, too, which I think would suck. Let this record stay in Michigan! Oh well, I guess we can always say that we were the pioneers. What an event it was!
