I need someone to take over my second bedroom. I live in Jamestown apartments, they are quiet, small but homey and cute. The rent is $250 a month, and the only utilities are cable and electric. But I am willing to pay the cable bill myself if I can find someone to help me with the rent. I am a nonsmoker and I keep to myself pretty much, and am a very easy going person.
