I need a place to stay over the summer with CHEAP rent...I live in the dorms now, and my lease for my apartment next year doesnt start til August. I don't want to quit my job, plus my mom plans on moving into a 1 bedroom house over the summer, since I'm already gone. The idea here is CHEAP, I really want to get ahead on my bills. I've heard that Timber Creek & Chip Village usually rent out pretty cheap over the summer, is that true? I don't even need to be anywhere near campus....just close to the Casino (I work there, I dont have a gambling prob or anything!!! :) ) Any suggestions or offers would be greatly appreciated!!! :)

Hey, I'm looking for a place for the summer too cuz my lease for next year doesn't start until August either. Do you know if any places will do just a summer lease? I figured I'd just have to sublease somewhere. Anyway, reply or email me if you have any ideas!

I am thinking of subleasing my apartment for the summer. I live downtown and the rent is 325 utilities and cable included. Let me think about it this week and make sure my landlord doesn't mind.
Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I just wwanted to say that I am in the same boat as you. After this semester I have no where to live. It's tough to find a place in Mount Pleasant. Anyone have any ideas?
for when? summer or next fall or when?
either, summer or fall. I could move back home for the summer if I absolutely had to but I am not thrilled about that idea. I for sure need a place for Fall though.

I'm living in someone's basement for summer. It's nice and cheap!

well finding a place in the summer is usually really easy, just to look to sublease
and if I recall lexington has cheap summer rates
I try to live back in the dorms, usually if you work on campus, you can live there for free
and free is a good price

Rent is 250-280 (depending on your payment plan) and if you are staying here in the fall, you are more than welcome to stay the summer. Summer rent is 800 split between whoever is here. Right now there are two of us for summer, you would make 3. email me for details or if you're interested: tigersprincess7@hotmail.com
