I will give you $200 to take over my June 2004 to June 2005 lease at Union Square Apts. This is a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people. For 1 person the rent is $475 a month. For 2 people it is $250 each a month. You get free cable, free high-speed Internet, free water, and free trash removal. You can get the apartment furnished or unfurnished. Furnished would include a kitchen table with 4 chairs, a sofa, a comfortable chair, an end table, a lamp, and 2 dressers. It's located next to Target, Wal-Mart, and Kroger.
