Semester Leases

Does anyone know any decent apartment places (non-United) that offer semester leases? With any luck, I'll be graduating next December so only need a place for Aug-Dec.

Sterling and Park Place do semesters. If you do Sterling though you'd probably get stuck with randoms. I think Park Place has one-person places.
Under the "for rent" section in cm-life there are some ads for 1 person places too. Only the phone numbers are provided so they are probably just small houses are random apartments by independent people. Those would probably be sweeter.

I was in the same boat until a couple weeks ago I found out I can graduate in August :)
