single apartments

Does anybody know of an apartment for a single person that isn't too expensive? Maybe starting this summer into next year. Don't want anything crapy want something decent.

I lived at 1100 W. Vernon a while back. It's kinda on the crappy side. One bedroom, family room, fireplace, breakfast bar, no kitchen, patio, backyard. Oh, and no air. Karen Jarmon owns the building (house). It's kitty corner to the testing center. I liked it there. Last i knew football players were living above it (noise-e). Theres also a studio in that same building.
