Responsible for developing web sites to promote CMU's off-campus & distance learning programs; provide online support to current students, faculty, staff, & alumni. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2 years experience maintaining & developing websites, pages, forms, & programs; experience with HTML, ASP, Cascading Style Sheets; ability to meet constant, multiple deadlines; demonstrated experience with web development & graphic imaging software; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users; ability to communicate effectively & project a positive image. Desired: experience in higher education; knowledge of VBScript, JavaScript, SQL; strong presentation skills; working knowledge of information architecture.
