Cheapest 1-person place

Since I've officially had zero luck finding someone to split a two-bedroom in Tallgrass, I've been thinking about other options.

What's the lowest monthly-rate for a 1-bedroom place? Where could I find a place offering such an option?

i've called ALL places...you arent going to find a one bedroom for cheap.

I'm at Arbors at Eagle Crest-but I'm not a student...full time students can't live there :(

If you can't find someone willing to split a 2 bedroom in Tallgrass you're either not trying hard enough or need to think about other apartment complexes. People will need subleasers for next year, give it a month or so, they will pop up all over the place.

FRanklin Village - Olivieri Management...2 bedroom, 2 bathroom places--- REALLY REALLY REALLY nice...one person is only $95. I've lived there for over a year and dont regret it at all. There are a few places a little cheaper, but this place is sooo wroth t. if you have questions private message me.

I find the cheaper one bedrooms are farther out of town. You have to be willing to drive a little bit.

$500 a month for a huge 1-bedroom at Timber Creek.

But I wouldn't recommend it.

I know at Union Square last year they had a deal for a two bedroom one person apt for 399 a month. It was the best deal I could find for a one last year. I resigned my lease and they upped it to 450. They wanted to charge me 500 but because I was resigning my lease, they gave me a 'deal'.

If it's not too late I have a offer. I am moving into Canterbury behind the high school: therefore, it's not far from main campus. It's a joint lease and only will cost $350 a month plus electric and water. It is beyond nice with fire place, balcony, high rise ceilings, etc. If you are interested respond. I had a flake want to move in but then he changed his mind at the last second.

i went up to mt. p yesterday hoping to find a one bedroom,stonecrest has them for 625-635 and copper beach townhomes has some for 525, with free cable and internet 650sq ft but i ended up signing a lease with the vill at bluegrass i did not want a roomie but i could not pass up the deal , there is a special now, no app fee,no security deposit, no community fee and no service fee which would have bee $174 only thing that needs to be paid is 1st month rent july 15 $450 2 bd room fully furnished 2bath locks on each door free internet and extended basic cable with hbo they even have 2 free tanning beds and more...hope this helps...oh and they find a roomate for you

Where oh where is this? And when you say pets, you mean all pets, right? I love calling on apartments that say they are pet friendly only to find out that dogs aren't pets.
